RETIRED ELECTION MANAGER
self-explanatory.
Why should ppl be able to know where your planes come from? Why should they know where your carriers are?
Just lets people sabo all them out with gold

I meant that showing location of bases lets people sabotage all your bases out with goldJoe Bartolozzi wrote:

I've mentioned this in a previous post and I agree.
You see planes in the air, you shouldn't know where they came from.
If a plane is coming over, it’s pretty easy to tell where it came from in real life. Spreading you your airforce so it doesn’t die in one place is on YOU! In real life both sides used all sorts of ari bases, switched around to keep the enemy unsure. It’s actually not to hard to tell where an airbase is. That infrastructure is pretty sophisticated and you need large runways and such. It’s taking all of them out, and getting past air defenses.
I'm just pissed someone golded out all my airbases.Carking the 6th wrote:

Well that person is an asshole, it’s good to save gold to fight fire with fire in those cases.
Very expensive if you know what to do!CommanderRhino wrote:

You just made my point. Several airbases spread out. In real life there are recon missions to determine WHICH one the planes come from. So send the interceptors out to locate them.Carking the 6th wrote:

Not have some bozo in a rear area office point at a map and say "there it is".
I mean… still on you to make multiple airbases, then?
