East Timor

Good day,

I have noticed that the Province of Dili, in Historic World War, belong to the Netherlands while it should be a non-core province of Portugal. Portugeese influence dates back to the 1600s and For a brief time in the 20th century Indonesia, or the Dutch East Indies, occupied East Timor. My suggestion is to give the province of Dili to the Portugeese. This will add historical accuracy and provide Portugal with anohter colony close to Macau, which would make Portugal more fun to play in All Countries-All in.
