I actually would like to see this as I play many games and it would come in handy to be able to write stuff down for that current map.
Easy to implement and helpful - private in-game notes, not possible to spy on
When playing multiple games, it's starting to be difficult to remember what we have to do and where after we come back to game after night or several hours... what to build/produce.
And playing sometimes on mobile, sometimes on computer, sometimes in a bus or wherever else, bringing notes, with oneself is an option but there could be easier one.
In-game notes, written by oneself, and seen only for us, impossible to spy on.
I would use that.
Simple button to click and write something. Possible to edit later, delete, add something.
Would You like that?

I think being able to access it, after logging to exact map, would work well. So different maps = different sets of own notes
Of course with a high command subscription you have a build queue for both buildings and units, so that you can add items to your to-do list AND those planned items start automatically when resources and time permit.

I think it's a great idea.
Something to consider using in the meantime could be a website like Google Docs

Seroslav it a good suggestion and would add a little more visual candy to ones game dashboard
And if you don't like Google, most OSs have a note keeping program.StrangeTalent wrote:

Interesting suggestion. Easy to implement, yet practical.
Personally in the meantime I use shrib.com. Itβs an online notepad which lets you give it your own url (as in shrib.com/mysupersecretplan) so you can easily go back to your notes.
Yeah, external notes are a option to use, even a paper version
But adding it in game would be even easier to use I think.
And it's not about High Command. Those could be notes like, "what kind of troops he has there" after a patrol of a plan over someones troops. Or any other.
Just, when You play multiple games, especially on the same map, it might be hard to remember everything, especially when You used to do advanced research on some possible opponent from reading newspaper about him, 20 days back, and You does it on 5 maps
thanks for the suggestion, I put it on our possible features list.

No, I can't imagine I would ever need that. Not even if I played 10 maps in parallel.
You'd like to make the effort of noting what you intended a plane patrol for?? Or what building you wanted to raise where?
No, I'm sure by analysing the situation on the map as it is at that specific moment for a few seconds longer, you'll be able to make better decisions than those you had planned hours ago.
Hans... You just don't have ideas how to use it otherway. If You would read all posts, instead of just the first one, You would see more possibilities.
What I usually do is get a google doc open and list all of my units and actually plan an operation, like a nerd.
great idea! +1
