End-of-Game Ceremony / Victory Celebration

You've done it. You've put in months of tedious stratagems, bamboozled your foes, crossed the threshold of victory points and then.... game over. Nothing. Just a little bubble saying congratulations or something. Am I the only one who finds this anti-climactic and more than a little disappointing? I loved the end of Age of Empires, with diagnostics and graphs recounting the story of the game. Games could have different prizes players can win that stick to their user stats: Best team-player, Best defender, Opportunist, MVP, Economic powerhouse, etcetera. That would tell you a lot about a player as you size up allies in the future, also.

There are many possible ways to do this, but personally, I just wish there were a way to savor the victory a little more - or at least savor your place in the grand scheme of things.

Record the whole game you so can watch it in all its glory whenever you want to [I'm not being serious btw]

And I'd rather a game ran well than had a fancy victory ceremony [even if it is set to the medal ceremony music from Star Wars lol]

I, for one, would like to receive a medal from a space princess whenever I win a game. The only change would be that my wookiee sidekick gets a medal too.
FORUM GANG Big Shot Executive
Yes, I'm that guy with the big office on the top floor of the Forum Gang tower.

Okay guys, I think we all know Bytro doesn't have the budget to hire more than one wookie, and to expect him/her to visit every concluding game without collecting overtime just seems a little far-fetched. ;)

Seriously, though. Maybe "ceremony" isn't the word, but surely there's a way to make victory feel a little more rewarding. That's why I like the idea of game stats. Am I the only one who thinks it's super anticlimactic?

Sorry, lost my train of thought after space princess and wookie sidekick lol
