Enforced Contracts

Currently, if you offer peace in a trade, you can simply declare war again immediately afterwards. Could trades be enforced? Like peace for 5 days in a trade and you would be unable to declare war until it expires. Other types like ROW would also have time limits where they could not be canceled.

I would also add daily repeating goods transfers too. Like 1000 goods per day for 10 days.

This would mesh with the other suggestion of multiple trade offers instead of one at a time.
