Error in 39 Historical Map pertaining Baltic States

I believe there is a historical accuracy error in 39 Historical Map pertaining Baltic States ... Is not Lithuania's most important city Kaunas? Is not Estonia's most important city Tallinn? Should not this 2 cities be worth 20 VP's, instead of Ukmerge and Rakvere- apparently selected for 20 VP's by map making error? ...

Perhaps this error could be corrected in map upgrade ...

In some cases the geographical regions and connections between them have been manipulated for better gameplay, rather than to entirely recreate history.

If you want to be completely historically accurate, you already know the outcome, so why play the game?
