Espionage tab

The little tab for the Espionage window gets in the way whenever I expand chat to be a big window. I know it seems petty, but it covers up the first part of people's names, so if I'm addressing them I have to scroll up, to get their name low enough to read it. Why doesn't the chat window cover up this little tab when I expand chat up to show more posts at once? I do realize chat is not a do-or-die feature of the game, but it is a game feature and a very useful one, at that.
