It would be very useful to have "<-" "->" option of previous and next day.
And not making super long reports when we want to see previous days, cause it's really hard to read them if we want to check back few days, the longer, the more of spies we use.
It's better if it shows one day at time, just like newspaper

@freezy, @Alkyonor & @Sasri: I know Seroslav has gone a little bit overboard the last several days with his various suggestions for "improvements" to the game and its various graphic interfaces, but he's not wrong about the intelligence reports . . . .
The daily intelligence report, with its narrow text, graphics overload, and nearly impossible to use scrolling is one of the hardest-to-use (if not the single most difficult) interfaces in the entire game. If a player is incurring the associated costs to acquire intelligence via spies, that information should be easy to access, read and use. The current daily intelligence report is a complete mess.
And, in my humble opinion, yes, this should be a relatively high priority for a future upgrade.

Improving usability of the espionage menu is on the list. Does not have the highest priority though.

Can I know the piority list because, I am not questioning your teams productivity, I want to see what is important?

I have found that the espionage menu of mobile mode is quite good. In games with a lot of intel I have taken to switching my pc into mobile mode just for the intel review at day change, and then switching back.
Mobile mode also lists where each of your spies are, and it is simpler to see when you have spies in territory that allies have conquered.
You might try it Montana. With the new buttons in game you can switch back and forth from the menu in the lower right corner.
I have found that when a military sabotage spy gets left behind in an allied shared map province that you get a full army reveal nearly 100% of the time

I will check it out, Kosh. Perhaps, as you suggest, I can use the cell phone espionage menu on my laptop and have the benefit of the better designed menu.
Generally speaking, I strongly prefer to play the game on my laptop or, when things get really hairy and confused and a lot of friendly, allied and enemy units are concentrated into relatively small spaces, I will move to my desktop PC and its 25-inch flatscreen monitor. I find my cell phone screen frustratingly small for GPS navigation, let alone trying to manipulate tiny unit stacks on a COW map.
That said, my issue with the espionage menu is not the espionage options list; it's the horrifically awful intelligence spy results list that often includes every province (with construction and unit production details) in the subject countries. If you have an active intelligence spy in four or five different large countries, the results list becomes almost impossible to scroll through.

also another option for spies could be to liberate captured spies.
