Could you suggest where this gold they spend, come from? Looks like they are exploiting some kind of vulnerability to obtain it. The same applies to booster cards. I had a very strange game, where lvl1 player started to mobilize units on the second day. How he obtained them?
Fairplay Gold Implementation
Hello!! My name is The9ghtKnight. I primarily play Alliance games privately with a dozen friends. Often, an Operation comes out that I'm interested in, so I pick up a few public games. I enjoy them very very thoroughly, however, every game thus far has clearly had a few outliers that spend a few hundred thousand Gold or so. No biggie, with enough strategy and teamwork, I can take them down. HOWEVER, I've had a few encounters with players that clearly spend MILLIONS of gold, to the point where they blatantly outpower the entire rest of the world combined.
I'm currently participating in a match that began with 100 players. We're now down to about 15, give or take a half dozen. One specific country (Indochina) has been boisterously running the game since about Day 3. I didn't think much of it until he made his way from Asia into North America, as I wasn't really paying too much attention to the world map, as my Coalition (5 people total) were too busy securing South America, and fending off small invasion forces from North America and Africa. Once I realized Indochina was headed for North America, I began scouting out his Units and locations, and I am in AWE. This is, by far, the highest gold spender I've witnessed in my time in this game.
Indochina, at the time of writing, on Day 16, has 1300 Units. For comparison, I've spent maybe 20,000 or 30,000 Gold, and I have ~160 Units, and my Coalition Members have 39 Units, 58 Units, 67 Units, and 48 Units, respectively. In total, my entire continent of 5 countries that has been fostering the growth of our forces for a week has about 400 Units. This SINGLE COUNTRY that has been in conflicts non-stop for the entire match while spreading incessantly in every direction has nearly 4x the Units of 5 Players combined. His Coalition is 5 people. I began taking a look at his Coalition Members. Manchuko, 206 Units. Mongolia, 273 Units. South India, 78 Units. Australia, 247 Units, including 61 max level Naval Units.
In total, his Coalition has 2,104 Units on Day 16, most of which are the highest possible level. He's also got nearly 30 Nukes. The only one that appears to not be using Gold is South India. Manchuko could also be somewhat reasonable, as his Unit count isn't UNREASONABLY high, but Mongolia and Australia are both most likely using enough gold to easily double my Unit count (and I manage my resources and growth extremely efficiently, so it's not a me problem). Indochina is, without a doubt, spamming disgusting amounts of Gold, by my calculations he's spent, at the very least, 6,000,000 in this one match.
My Proposal;
I am not entirely against Gold. I understand that it is a valuable tool for revenue for the game creators, and that's perfectly fine. I would greatly appreciate one of the following implementations to make matches far more competitive and non-P2W;

- Strict daily Gold spending caps (based upon in-game day cycles). For example, every day cycle, I can spend UP TO 30,000 Gold.
- Strict TOTAL MATCH Gold spending caps (For example, in each match I play, I may only use a total of 300,000 Gold)
Thank you for your time, please please reply with any concerns, suggestions, or anything else!!

It sounds a reasonable suggestion. maybe try raising it through the channel on Discord.
I sympathize with your situation. I've played about 60 games all told and fortunately have only once come up against a player with 'unlimited' gold - spamming dozens of Lvl 5 units over and over.... no way to win. I just walked away from that game, suggest you do the same.
I believe they don't buy it directly from the store, it seems via the OfferWall on mobile you can very frequently get ~200,000 Gold for $30-$50, I assume they pile up those offers over games and end up spending millions of gold for only a few hundred bucks!!Meks wrote:

What channel on Discord, and do you believe it'll actually be considered by devs if brought there?Sidney Ruff-Diamond wrote:

well you won't know til you try. The Forum and Discord are actively monitored for ideas and feedback. I'd stick it in General and Suggestions channels.
