Fallout damage shouldn't start a war
Hello everyone.
This just happened and I wasn't aware of this mechanics. Two other players are warring with nukes. My planes are flying through nuclear fallout and takes damage, initiating war against player who used that nuke.
Since this was "only" fallout damage, it would make more sense to me that no war is started, since it wasn't actual aggressive action against me. And it could be misused, although obviously very late in game so it might not matter. I understand that current game mechanics probably registered damage as attack, so not sure how complicated it might be to implement.
So, what are other opinions on this?
