Fix Army Management

Once you get over 150 units, managing your army becomes futile as the management tab can't effectively do it's job. I suggest the ability to have advanced splitting options for your entire military depending on level, armor type, branch, etc. I also think that we should be able to categorize divisions as fronts, branches, and special groups (e.g. expeditionary force)

The way I see this working is to have an army HQ unit that acts similar to your capital you automatically get a new Army HQ Unit for every 50 units you produce the Army HQ unit would support the 50 closest units like a capital if the HQ is lost lost the 50 closest units would suffer the moral penitally like losing the capital would

Milita spam might make that unfair

could you elaborate on your thoughts with the militia

Milita cheap. Spam milita, get 50 unit. 50 unit give boost. Make milita more powerful. Milita already powerful. Need different system to get.

I guess that is possible but in that case you would have an army with no teeth that is slow. An Army HQ isn't any good without an army to manage. You could add an element of logistics to the army HQ by giving that army a percentage of the reinforcements allocated at day change. from 0% to 100% ( example you get 100 HP as reinforcements at day change you assign 75% to units in the first army and 25% to units in the 2nd army)

it shouldn't be a "free" thing, like everybody automatically gets it so it doesn't mean anything. You should invest in it if you want the benefits, make choices like "do I want this 10-unit garrison far away to get an HQ or not", etc.

It is not free you must produce units to get it right now your morale is based from the distance to your Capital you start the game with 1 army HQ at your Capital that can move as you build units and get up to 50 units you would get another army HQ unit at your capital that cam move as you move your HQ closet to the front it enhances your morale and logistics so all units you have belong to an army HQ no matter where they are in the world

Similar empires have similar army sizes, and you're going to build troops anyway, so that's what I mean by "free". It is only about positioning then. I think it would be better if it was a conscious decision to buy them or not.

Maybe the first one you get when you start a new game additional ones could be purchased when you get more then 50 units and another one when you get more then 100 units and so on every increase in 50 units you can purchase another one 0-50 units =1HQ, 51-100 =2HQ, 101-150 =3HQ and so on
