Flying Wing
A flying wing, as some of you may know, was a primitive stealth aircraft. After doing some research I found some flying wing prototypes in WWII.
In CoW, a flying wing could be in the secret tech tree and be able to go through enemy provinces invisible unless flying through a patrol or in the direct path of another aircraft, including another flying wing, and can only be shot by AA if it attacks the AA.
I know, some of you will say "but flying wings never made it past the prototype stage", well, nuclear rockets never made it of the drawing board, but made it into the game, because the game has a "what if WWII lasted past 1945" form of play,
and if WWII lasted to 1946, flying wings would be all over the skies.

All of my Aircrafts in this browser game are anyway already equipped with "stealth technology" - the stealth only depends a little bit, at wich time I use them..

Historically the historical Ho 229 (which is the flying wing you are probably referring to) was designed as a long-ranged high-speed fighter/bomber. It's primary mission was to strike ground targets, but it held a secondary fighter role as it was a capable aircraft.
In game I think it should it should be a bomber that is weaker than a TB in ground attack, and weaker than interceptors in air-to-air. However, it would be very fast and it would have LO characteristics. It is a myth that the Ho 229 was designed to be stealthy. Rather, its wooden construction would've rendered it rather difficult to detect via radar.
Its stealth mechanics should not be the same as submarines where they are invisible until they attack. Instead, I think the range at which they are detected by enemy units should be reduced; maybe by 20%.
Stealth is not a on/off ability but is rather a delaying of the range at which your enemy can detect you. The Ho 229's big advantage would be its ability to surprise enemies with its speed, range, and very limited stealth, but its weaker combat abilities would ensure its not OP. It should, however, be powerful enough to reward the player for investing in it.
That's how I think it should be implemented, if at all.
I am completely against any stealth bomber/fighter.
The only think that I would think suits the game would be a stealth recon aircraft to spy (able to patrol) over enemy territory without being seen* and without declaring war.
*except if say, a fighter comes in at 5km range.
