Foot AA as an hidden unit ?
Everything in the title.
- It would be a good way to make players a bit more cautious with their airforce if a target they thought was undefended turns out to have 5 AA waiting for them,
- It would make foot AA is bit more worthwhile (for non-Axis) versus Mobile AA. Currently it has a price advantage vs a mobility, land combat value and HP disavantage,

Perhaps foot AT can have the same thing but within cities?
