For producing troops and buildings, there should be an "as many as possible" option

Have you ever selected all of your urban provinces to produce troops but you are so close to having enough? On PC, there's a bug where it won't let you unselect a province, so you have to select all and then unselect all and then select a bunch of them manually and you want to make as many as possible but you have only spent about half or so of your supply of, say, food, so you have to go back and select more provinces? There should be an option that cuts all the hassle of doing that and lets you select all your provinces, and if you don't have enough resources, you should be able to click a button that says "produce as many as possible", i.e, you have 60,000 food and you want to produce a bunch of troops, but it costs 70,000, and lets say it's 1,000 per troop, and you don't want to go back to unselect 10 provinces, there should be that option to use all 60,000 of your food to make 60 troops while you have 70 provinces selected.
