Forced March for Planes

There is forced march for ground units

There is forced march for ships

but there is no forced march for planes , why ?

I guess planes don't go with maximum speed always , and it might give damage to plane

any aviation expert can explain it better

sometimes you need to evade your planes before enemy fast units reach to airstrip

so this speed bonus might help to planes reach to airstrip faster to refuel faster
