Forum suggestion

Sometimes, some forums just go out of topic and there is no way to get rid of the conversation, so my suggestion is to allow the creator of the thread to delete the threads to maintain control and have everybody stay on topic. A really good example for this is the forum memes, sometimes chatter, sometimes memes. This would really help stay on topic, please add this feature to the forums!
