How do you agree on having the map at different speed when there are many players on the map?

Not sure what you mean by different players in the map.

For me, I like the 2x speed games. 4x is to fast and the 10x is absurd.

When you go to create a game, all I ask is to be allowed maybe to do a game at base 2x, 3x, 4x

that should be enough variations.

Yes, I meant system created games. I thought you meant changing the game speed of system generated games by clicking on something.
