Garrisoning units

This suggestion is based off stationing troops in real life, they would have a greater advantage in defending than a blitzing tank brigade that took a city merely hours before a counter attack, but would take a bit longer in mobilizing to move out than said blitzing tank brigade, here's how this goes

-After 3 hours or so of a unit being stationary in a province, it gains an inherent 10% defensive bonus, similar to forts

-defensive values of garrisoning and existing forts do stack, garrisoning bonus just reduces to a +5%

-if the troops are ordered to move out, there is a delay in the order, simulating them "mobilizing" all their equipment, gear, men, etc.

-this time would amount to maybe 30 minutes or so? I'm not sure

-for those who do not like this, as it could get in the way with a rapid advance, it can be an optional system, or rather, a button that basically orders the unit to garrison at the ending movement

I suppose this would work, but it seems a bit too complicated to be a very usable feature.

It could be simplified to a single command- "Defend."

We have a move, firesupport, rally and attack command. So really a 'Garrison' or 'defend command' would just mean that you get some sort of movement time when you try moving said unit.
