Geography Lesson

Ok I know this is highly critical but my imagination only goes so far.

1) While I absolutely LOVE that you gave control of Nebraska and Iowa to my State, our Capital would only ever be Topeka, not Omaha! :cursing:

2) The south-central Kansas Province is too far south to be Derby. Derby is a suburb of Wichita, and would not exist without Wichita. That town should really be either Wellington, Winfield, or Arkansas City, and probably the later. In the Northeast you have Kansas City positioned far too low. It is almost due East of Topeka. Likewise Marysville, MO is closer to Omaha, NE and Des Moines, IA than Topeka. If you look at a map you can almost draw a straight line from Kansas City to Denver. Denver is just slightly North of Kansas City while Salina is just slightly South, with Topeka in the middle on an uptick between the two. I like seeing Hutchinson on the map except its in the position where Newton resides. Hutch is more NW of Wichita. Please understand I am not arguing the point of the provinces or the names of the provinces so much as the positions of the cities. Although the provinces themselves could be made a bit more to scale. You've got Nebraska very squished.

3) I doubt Coloradans would ever allow their Capital to be Casper, Wyoming

4) You going to ignite a real war putting all of the Deep South States in one with New Orleans at the Capital.

I am sure the people from other States and/or Nations also have serious problems with how the map is drawn. I know you guys are trying to squeeze a lot in and keep it a balance, but you need to keep it realistic too.

The capital of Colorado is still Denver...

Also that is not at all what Canada looks like xD

A couple of things I noticed:

Its Dothan, Alabama not Dorthan. Atlanta should be the Capital of the South East.

Parsons should be renamed to Coffeyville and Oil should be there instead of Cedar Rapids. (I worked at the oil refinery there.)

Thanks for the critique, I forwarded it. We can't change everything of course, there will always be people who are not satisfied with how provinces are named or distributed.

Since the split territories are unrealistic in the first place (because of balancing reasons), it shouldn't be that bad if there is a city in the wrong place. Also please notice that the territory got skewed in some places to fit in the map frame, this means that you can't project everything 1:1 on real maps.

But new updates will come and certain things will be fixed.

ya cause Alaska and Canada look nothing like that xD

Additionally, how do you not have Oil in Alaska???? I know its not meant to be realistic, and that Alaska is an AI controlled province, but seriously no OIL!!! Are you guys nuts or what???
