Getting A Serious Issue From Steam!

Hello everyone, I am getting an issue on Steam, when going to play "Call Of War" yesterday. Whenever I am going to play this game, its not opening perfectly . Then I started to search online and this post suggests to verify integrity game files. What do you say guys, it would be suitable for applying this process and finally, the issue would resolve? I am a bit confused, can anyone help me out to take the right suggestion?
