As of right now in the game, you cannot see the specifics of a stack's health pool without splitting up the units into their types. While this is fine for small stacks, this can get cumbersome for larger stacks involving many different units and is also not possible with enemy stacks. It would be awesome if the devs could implement a feature or menu that shows us this info. It could be put somewhere like the army details tab, where it already displays the strength of each unit, so adding in the extra value for health wouldn't be that difficult.

Either you haven't found this or don't care to look, but pressing a unit or stack of that unit in the bar that appears with all the units, click it, it litteraly shows you this.

You are able to look up the unit's standard health, when at 100 %. You can't see the unit's actual health. You can only estimate by the relation of the health bar or the colour as far as I know.
the "unit info" does NOT show the current health, or any other current info, it is all generic, as if the unit were new.

You can also just press the split army button, select the units you want to know the health of, then you can see it, as long as those units are the same type, then add the health and the other info you want, this is for, if you for some reason, cannot see what i see.

Hey guys, relax. This was a relevant question; this information is indeed not shown and splitting your stack is a very complicated solution. Kiss and make up; no need to go all hotheaded over this.

I have found your solution: lasso tool, it shows the health of all shown units, this should somewhat solve this.
