Girlpower!
Could we please think about having girlpower added as a resource? We could use it when low on manpower. Or even instead of after all men are seldom there when needed.
Just a thought.

Instead of manpower, girlpower or personpower how about we do it the Russian way and called it "Meat for the grinder"

I think this is a great idea. With girlpower, you can use it to make sandwiches for the soldiers, countering the effects of famine on morale. You can also use it to boost manpower production as a greater part of the population is available to go off to war. And Morale increases! USO shows, pin up girls.. yup girlpower was very important to morale for troops in the war.
