GO BACK TO THE SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM!

I am putting a petition here in forum to go back to the old support ticket system! Whenever I put something in the new support chat system I never get a reply, and it seems as though Bytro does not get the message! Change back to the old Support TICKET System!!

I'm kind of 50/50, they both have their downsides and benefits, but I do agree, I would like a reply or at least a follow-up on the support ticket.
