A small part of the Indian coast was controlled by Portugal (also small islands and territories by France and Portugal not needed becuz too small). So if you can add Hong Kong and even Macau then why not Goa? Goa was Portuguese since the medical times till the 60's .

If so why isn't the rest of India part of Britan? Why isn't canada part of britan? Why isn't Brazil part of Portugal??

Brazil gained independence in the 1800's Canada gained independence also. India is called 'British India'. As it would be really unbalanced. But Goa was part of Portugal.

As soon as indian independence goa was annexed by India
In this game if you show goa as part of portugal it will make the current ruling party of India mad
You might want to know the current situation of politics in India
