I don't like the idea of special gold units. It'll make the game extremely unfair for the people who don't buy gold. I'm okay with the idea of bonuses though.
GOLD GOLD GOLD
I think that the gold offers should come more often and there should be some special gold units. I like the 25 % bonuses but some 50 ,75 , and 100 % ones would be cool as well and would stir more interest if the cost was more justifiable.

yea I guess that makes sense. maybe special performance bonus units for exceptional play. and may let the payout for winning a game be higher. since everything cost so much gold to do.
You maybe like to pay to play a game. But in France, we pay to support game, devs, and good efforts to make a game better. Not to be stronger than an other one. Especially on a free game...

While, yes, this is preferred, we don't live in a perfect world; not everyone has the money to help pay to support the game.Valwarrior wrote:

Secondly, most people don't have that viewpoint, and will buy gold if they want to feel special. Right now, I think, gold doesn't make you feel special, gold makes you look like a jerk, as it is often viewed with a negative light. (and they're is no point in using it if you are just going to destroy anyone that doesn't use gold imo)
However, I think special, unique, creative, and fun (purely) aesthetic accessories and abilities would change that. I think that's something Bytro Labs really needs to work on if they want to improve revenue.
ahem.. here's the quote:
"We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light."
