Graf Spee and numerous other naval additions

At the beginning of WW2 the Germans had a battleship named the Graf Spee of the Brazilian-Uruguayan coast, I believe that this would be a great addition to the 1939 Historical game mode. Also other addition to the all game modes would be if you were able to name all ships and submarines, not just battleships. Also I'm not sure if it's just me or if this happens with everyone else but I can't find the names of my ships. With these names being easily visible it would also make the Newspaper more interesting as the names of ships that had been sunk would look better the just the 3rd Cruiser Squadron.

This is one big thing missing from the 1939 Historical map and I hope that Bytro will be able to put the Graf Spee into the game as it can quickly change South American warfare.
