Greece as a Playable Country in 1939 Historical 30p Map

It’s an even 30 for a reason. If you want to play Greece, there is All In map. If every country should be added then there’s no point.

Is there a permanent "all in" map out there?

Greece is not playable in any creatable map.

It would limit Turkey's actions. (Bulgaria, Greece and Iraq is free to get eaten by Turkey at start cause all of them are AI's.) Also Greece and Iraq has like 8 cities to get eaten free by Turkey which is worse.

Greece has a great history and amazing country to play as.

still it would upset the balance if anything you should be asking why others are not available

As I told before, even a weak state like bloody Mongolia is playable with that much cities but Greece can't? And Mongolia wasn't even that much of important.

1. Major historical significance? It didn’t really affect the war that much. To be honest all it did was kick Italian ass and get conquered by the Germans. The Soviet Union would have crushed the Germans no matter when they attack. You could argue that every other allied country is equally significant in this case. Hungary lasted the whole war and fought the Russians. Norway tried to hold the Germans but also died. Historical significance between the minors is kinda subjective.

2. Limit Turkeys actions? Turkey can easily be limited but the British and French fleets nearby, no need to add it to do that. I’ve played Turkey many times; it’s already limited enough.

3. Mongolia fought throughout the whole wars their soldiers fought and died against the Nazis for 4 years, 1941/45 even though their country was never in danger and it was just a puppet state. Either way they helped bring down the Reich. Technically they never officially were at war but they supported the USSR with all sorts of resources and eventually men. They also participated in the invasion of Japan in 1945 which played a crucial role in causing Japan’s surrender. They suffered about 20-40k casualties in the war. Greece also suffered 20-35k military casualties (with a massive 800k-1million more civilian in the occupation). Mongolia also gives another country in Asia which is pretty sparse as much of Asia is a colony and the CUF is merged added to Nationalist China. I have seen them win games before and Mongolia is definitely quite important in this game.

4. New York, Tokyo and London all had larger populations than all of Greece at the time. The fact it even gets 4 cities is a miracle, when it’s an AI. But either way, if you want to play it, just play the ACAI map! There is no need to add more countries to this map when it’s already at 30. Why make it 31? You want to add Iraq and make it 32? Why not add Colombia as well? Why not add everyone?

5. There is no point in adding new countries to the Historical world war map anymore. It’s good as it is. Greece is definitely not the most significant of countries that is not added to this map. There is an argument for all of them. Sure it has an amazing history and would be fun to play, but every country does! You can’t argue in good faith that it would be better than anyone else, because they already would have added it if it was. There is a reason no new countries have been added in a while, and they won’t any time soon. If you want to play it you’ll have to push for ACAI more often, but the cold hard truth is that they won’t be expanding the map any time soon.
