Group Chat System?

So here, is there a way to get or make a group chat, like if you are forming an alliance in a game, and you want everyone to communicate without sending one player and he send them to the rest?, so like you add them to the group chat, and maybe when you invite him/she , she can accept it or deny it, with the host of he can kick the player from the chat?, or just anything for group chat,
