Halloween Uber Frankenstein Event

This is just an idea I was rolling around. Imagine a Halloween event where On day 3 one active player is gifted a single Uber Frankenstein unit. This unit instantly destroys all units including air. Its only weakness is Nuclear weapons. If the player with the Frankenstein unit goes AFK then the unit control will move to the next closest active player.

Make the Frankenstein move fast like at 90 speed. Have spottings listed in the paper so other countries have an idea where the monster is.

For the other countries make the requirements for Nuclear weapons dropped substantially.
