harder bot

elite bot are too easy for experienced players i think we need better bot example brutal AL what do everyting more skillfull than elite al and diclomacy is very hard if attac its friend country it attack to you and make very balanced army

i win elite al what have migties % double than me because it do only ships

i think if war tactick ask from experienced players it can write and it work
