Helicopters?

So I've looking into the early helicopters used during late WW2 and Korea- really a time frame from 1940-55.

Here a some I've found so far:

Soviet Heli, 1951

Nazi German Heli, 1942

US/UK heli, 1942

I doubt we'd ever have enough to build a tech tree, but we could have them as a 'secret' tech.

So, discuss if you want them/what would they do.

if they would add them in they would be late game. if you expand more on this it my be a better idea. like range, what it can do/special ability + other things

But what can the Helicopter can do ?

Transporting a small army ? Or patrolling ?

Early helicopters mostly got used to medical transport or recon, so i'm thinking use them like we did Balloons back in S1914

Would be nice to be able to reinforce infantry units in the battlefield but would be rather unfair if not balanced correctly.

So you could attack a province then find out you're overmatch and chopper in some GI's...

Would be kinda cool.... but I don't think it would impact much
