You have upgraded units and planes. Use army and planes to shell them as long as possible, and try to avoid too many melee battles. Once they are weakened go all out and smash them! You can also convince small countries to join in.
You are Axis and he is Comintern - your units essentially do 30% more damage than his. Use your air force to your advantage, make an alliance with someone (probably Japan or the UK) and just go for him. The longer you leave it the more time he has to take advantage of his economy.resetname57063228 wrote:

USSR has like 20 steragic bombers and he isn't at war with anyone since the game began
Now I have 220 units but 30 of them are useless navy
USSR has no secret lab but his troops can hit down nuclear bombers.
He has 5 doom stacks containing LV4 infantry KV1b and LV3 light tanks
