High Command No Gold Maps

As a high command subscriber it is very frustrating to encounter team gold use. I understand it is part of the game. I think it would encourage more people to be high command subscribers if you created maps for high command users only with gold spending not available. Many people I play with who are also high command subscribers aren't really gold users and would relish the opportunity to play against others on an even playing field.
