Historic Changes

These are things to change in historic maps:

Soviet is way too weak in here. In reality, it had one of the largest armies. Come on

Germany is OP. They should have way less resources. Also, Czech and Austria should be considered noncore provinces of Germany, not core provinces.

Japan is too weak. They had one of the greatest navies, and japan in here is not great

USA needs more rare materials. They should have nearly infinite, like NUKE TIME

Italy is a little too weak

Let me know if any suggestions.

during peace time the Soviets had about 1 million men as their standing army with up to 11 million able to be called up, that's a big number and they did have a very large army however they also had lack luster generals that were using outdated tactics add that on with the purge and not having the best equipment or an abundance of equipment at least not until the war was year or so in.

For Germany them having cores in Austria would be pretty accurate, the Anschluss of Austria was Germany annexing them by coup d'etat, as for Czech they also annexed parts of Czech namely the Sudetenland region the rest of Czech was never properly annexed and the Germans had made Slovakia a puppet government. I do feel they are very powerful for the time period and how much power they actually had in the little while before the war.

For Japan i don't really have any arguments there as I don't know as much however what i do know is their navy wasn't the best but they also weren't the worst. They were really the first ones (during war time) that used carriers to great success in naval warfare, but a navy only gets ya so far their ground forces largely didn't have the same effectiveness or equipment to be really powerful, the Japanese strength was speed.

The USA I feel is largely good where it is, if we're looking at historical accuracy during this time they were still in the great depression, their economy isn't great, military is very weak and they are under the isolationist policy. It wasn't until the Americans joined the war that they really started to pump their economy back up, the war created thousands of jobs and allowed for much of the men to fight and women to start work in factories allowing for the military to grow and the economy to steadily increase until they had the power to be able to produce at huge rates.

As for Italy during the war they were very weak, under trained soldiers with under trained generals, equipment was a issue for them as well as their economy. Like their invasion of Greece, they attacked got repelled attacked again and after a few days the Greeks managed to push the Italians back half way up Albania and the Germans had to come in and put it down.

Most of these arguments are about historical facts as it's a historical map and a few of your arguments were about it realistic or historic.

ok your hilarious Hitler annexed Austria and the sudetenland so it's actually core land so you really have no idea what your talking about but ya in reality Italy wasn't capable of fighting wars :D

Germany did annex the Sudetenland and Austria, both places had the majority of ethnic Germans living there allowing for a easier transition to annex/core the land.

i know that i am talking to Boozo cuz he saying stuff that make no sense about Germany

The countries you mentioned are fine imo

America already has one of the largest economies in the game, Germany also produced resources but they were using more than they were producing, which means they had a shortage (less starting materials), not necessarily a lack of production. The soviets had lost nearly 9 million men in WW2, which means they did have a large army, but since they already have a large army in the game, I'd suggest a tiny little buff in infantry.

I’m just saying that it would make Germany less OP

I’m not trying to change history or anything

It mostly depends on what time period...
