What the Hell Pedro? This map isn't even out a day and you are all ready picking things wrong with it. I feel bad about this, imagine how the poor devs feel!
Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
The differences between the new map and the 10 player map, apart from slight territory changes, are that the new one is historical (unlike the other one) and that the new one has research, buildings, and army units already built. Since it's historical, and that's the main difference from the older map, I think historical alliances should be implemented. Germany should not be able to attack Italy, because it's a historical 1939 Blitzkrieg map, and during the Second World War, Germany and Italy were allies. I suggest historical alliances are implemented, like the following:
Allies:

Obviously, changes could be made according to the devs' wishes. I thought of the possibility of putting both USA and the USSR in the Neutrals team, but the USSR overtly helped Germany, and to balance the map the U.S. should be on the Allied side. Another reason is that such big countries should be on a side since the beginning, since they are key for their teams.
Sincerely,
Pablo22510

His suggestions are reasonable, I guess the devs will need to put in more overtime. O.o
Weren't Spain and Russia friendly neutral?
Russia was technically allied with Germany, but they had a non aggression pact which isn't a true alliance but did take down Poland together so in practice were allies briefly. Spain was oddly aided by Italy and Germany in hopes that it would join the alliance but ultimately played them and stayed neutral.
Russia was practically a member of the Axis
Spain was basically Neutral
Yeah, right up until that invasion.Iron Guard24 wrote:

I think the idea is that if people want to do a roleplay where countries alliance with each other in a historical manner, they can. However, if they want to play as a country and change things such as alliances to see if/how they can make the outcome of WWII deviate from true history, they can do that too
Or if someone just wants a different challenge from the first two maps where everyone starts with similar troop and resource loadouts, this map provides for that as well.
Dude, just a suggestion.Butter Ball Bill wrote:

We did send 40,000 volunteers to Leningrad. But I think it should be Axis to balance.Iron Guard24 wrote:

If you want a more historical aproach, start a game with two teams, instead of an everyone-for-themselves.
And hope people have the sense to make historical teams. We dont need to bother the devs for that.
