Historical WW - proposal

I have this idea for Historical Maps. Out of 25 there are additional provinces that do not belong to anyone. For example Tirana in the picture (I use Polish, there is an Additional Province there). Why not give the home province Albani there? In my opinion, independence rebellions are more interesting than the rebellions of a state from the other side of the world or with whom we have peace. It would work in such a way that there would be news in the newspaper about the National Uprising and the war against us, and if the bot maintains all its native provinces in a given country, there is automatic peace.

Second thing, provinces with two owners:

Two players (China would own all the sites in Xingjiang, Commie China and Manchukuo)

Player and not yet independent AI (Ukraine: Ukraine and USSR)

where, for example, there would be no penalty for resources and unit speed.
