How do I find my other Accounts?

I got permanent banned because I told a chat moderator that I have two other alternative accounts, reason being is that I forgot my passwords for both of them, one was named General desc and the other was General burger12345, is there anyway to find these accounts? I want to erase them so I can be able to find out how to unban myself from chat permanently
