I believe there’s already a thread made about this. Essentially, you have to camp on the game screen. Wait until there’s one HWW game with 29/30 people in it. Spam refresh until someone joins (May take like 2-5 mins). Then a new game will instantly be created with 0 people in it - you have a higher likelihood of joining as the more popular powerful countries. But you have to be quick - guaranteed like 10 other people are doing the exact same thing as you then.
