I think skipping to once the U.S. and USSR are in the war, their armies mobilized and everyone at their greatest extent at climax of the war in 1941-1942 would be a bit more interesting imo…

HWW 1941 Map
We all know Historical World War 1939, but what about a 1941 map.
Germany has control over northern France, the benulux and Norway. Vichy France exists, and Italy has north Africa, the UK does too. Japan and manchuko, and China in Asia. Russia owns the Baltimore.
Keeping in COW fashion, no one starts at war or in a coalition.
I personally think it would be a great new edition to the game

it could be a team/ coalition game slandered AXIS vs Allies.
Or Ike HWW 1939, no one is st war no factions, the road is now open for new decisions.
