The trick is to take out the Bots earlier on, as zoom said. You gotta kill them before they get too strong. As soon as someone goes inactive, you need to kill them before the AI spam comes back to bite you in the future. I am done.
No matter what I do, at some point I have overwhelming NPC’s attacking me on multiple fronts. Impossible to defend. So if you people running this game ever decide to fix this stupidity, send me an e-mail and I might start playing again. Until then it is just pointless.

I love it when they get into a slog and I get an easy 100 points. Yummy.Brando Dilla wrote:

Especially in early game. Gives you a resource advantage most countries won't have at that time.Carking the 6th wrote:

It also can make people (especially those who were not paying attention to the situation and news) think that you managed to overrun two countries with ease and that you are a pro. Poor fools…Brando Dilla wrote:

Especially the noobs. They'll be scared of you, and then you'll see the RoW/SM requests pour in.Carking the 6th wrote:

It’s very enjoyable since you usually remain in first place for a very long time even if someone else is expanding fast, very good long term.

Yes. Having more resources in the early game prepares you better for the late game.Carking the 6th wrote:

But always ALWAYS remember to spend those resources on industry. It helps spread them further. The extra units are not worth it! Being able to max industry early is very helpful, for obvious reasons.Brando Dilla wrote:

Well industry and recruiting centers that is. Players often don't build RCs aggressively enough. Manpower is an important resource too. The rest of the resources only do you so much good if you don't have the manpower to build new units or upgrade existing ones. Just about always I make a point to get one RC up to level 2 on day one and further increase it to lvl 3 on day two. That's the most efficient want to do it. Get them up to lvl 3 one at a time.
I’ve learned this the hard way, many are the units that I have lost out on building since I didn’t have enough manpower.6thDragon wrote:
