I’d happily pay for the privilege of fair play

I love this game, but I do not consider buying premium or gold because the pay-to-win aspect of it bothers me. It is no fun to play a game and have your well-thought-out plan foiled by someone who spams out an army in seconds with boosters and gold. I'm not here to debate whether the game is fair or not; that's not the point.

However, you’d definitely make me a customer by allowing me to pay for the privilege of gold- and booster-free games. I can see some options, like a Premium+ membership, or having me pay gold to host/join a game with no-gold settings. I don’t think this will cause whales to spend less money (and lose you profit), as they enjoy the gold mechanic to stomp on other people.

There is clear demand for this type of game: there are Discord servers dedicated to it, and I know many friends who would love a slow strategy game if it wasn’t for the pay-to-win mechanics.

My wallet is ready; all you need to do is offer a level playing field.
