I got doubts
This is my cruiser lv 1. It has full health and yet it's damage to planes is 6.9
This is my 2nd cruiser. Lv 1 and full health. ANd it has damage 7.9 towards planes.

It is possible that you conquered a province from another Doctrine which was currently producing a cruiser. The newly built cruiser will belong to that other Doctrine stats-wise, even though it uses the image of your own Doctrine. Once you upgrade it it will belong to your own Doctrine again.

I don't think so. There is no enemy where I was. I am Spain in an alliance match. No chance of betrayal. So i don't think that applies. Also, my south was Morocco, north was france. Bith of them allied. My closest enemy was far-far. UK, Yugos, South USA.

Ok I found out what happened as I could reproduce it. When you position a cruiser directly on a shoreline, it adds the damage buff part of the home defense bonus (+15% damage). Didn't to happen me with the spawn position of the cruiser after building it, only when I sent it to another shoreline point.
I will bring it forth internally, thanks for reporting.
