I'm sick of AI politics

Here, if AI are gonna declare war, make it so i can buy em off.

Make it so they form like a league and attack me

Make me able to send foreign aid

Glory to the Union!

More AI diplomacy. I can’t think of anything more important for them to add, discounting any bug fixes.
