I need a Chinese translator

Chinese is the largest number of users the language in the world. Why does this game support up to a dozen languages, but not Chinese? We Chinese players only need Chinese translation function (the level of machine translation is already sufficient), there is no need to set up a separate server for us. Is this a very complex technical problem?
