It's complicated and costs money. If they did add it (probably won't) it would definitely be a premium only option

I think call of war should have a sandbox mode
call of war should have a sandbox mode. you would have unlimited resources and you could have an unlimited time factor(basically it whould be high enough that taking over countries whould take about 2 hours instead of a day) it could also be private so yo could just invite your friends and it could be used as a roleplay mode without worrying about resources. serouisly why doesnt call of war have sandbox mode.
