Either being able to disable all resource consuming buildings or be able to destroy but both would be better.

I would like to take down building's that I don't need or want
I've taken over provinces and there's buildings that I don't want or need and my food had got to -183/h I tried to disable barracks but in some provinces they're to badly damaged to disable or it's bug that wont let me do that but it's not only barracks that I would like to take down I've got air bases that are to close and would like to take some of those down too. As well as other buildings.
