could declare war even if diplomacy relations have a share map

You can if your not in a coalition, but if your in a coalition and want to do that, makes no sense.

Just leave your coalition, but overall, don't betray.

if you are in a coalition you cannot declare war at the coalition members, if you want to declare war you will have to get out of the coalition but i dont know why do you wanna do that
