Identify the country as well as the player in forwarded messages...

...within the Diplomacy tab. It looks like the verbage at the beginning of the forwarded messages is a template...simply add the country that the player mentioned in the header is playing...

Or did you mean instead of the "Type message here..." You want it to say something like:

"To <playername> of <country>"</p>

No, when a player forwards a message from another player, it reads:

"Sending you this letter I received from (player's name) on (date). Original message:..."

--or--

"Sending you this letter I wrote to (player's name) on (date). Original message:.."

The player who wrote whatever is being forwarded is never identified by country.
