Ok. Hello. Let's see into banning problem with all details.
Not so long ago I got banned because of the playing with the same ip with my friend. I am an international student living in homestay family, my Ukrainian friend living with the same family, we have same internet connection. That's true. I have played that game before in RA alliance (a year ago), have a translator label, bought premium account. I do not need kind of artificial boosting, I want to play having fun and challenge. If so, why you do not go and play the map with anti-cheat option off? No, I do not want to play with player who probably will cheat using the multiply accounts to boost only one of them.
What kind of "an unfair advantage"? As I wrote above "using the multiply accounts to boost only one of them". Oh, I can get advantage playing with my friend. However, I can get same "advantage" playing with my ally, my friend from other country or player I wrote private message "do not touch each other unlit ... " (For that I even do not have to create coalition). The difference is only in communication, with my friend "next to door" I can verbally communicate, other examples - only via technology.Dr. Leipreachan wrote:

No, no, no. What does "anti-cheat feature turned off" mean? So, it means that one person can use more than one account to win. Opps, that now unfair to people who playing with the same internet connection. The main point is one player for few account and two players for two accounts. One player is doing everything to win the game for the main profile using multiple. Two players is doing everything to win the game for their own profile using one. Finally, what we have 
Playing with your friend using same connection on the same map is not unfair. It's like playing with your ally. Playing with your friend using same connection on the same map anti-cheat option off could be unfair to themselves. Therefore, banning system need to be improved or individual approach for every player that have such a problem.
Do I need to send same to the support?
The anti-cheat option is the best way to not get into trouble for shared IP. The other way is to speak to SGO's, such as the Doc you've quoted here, though the SGO for your server (Russian) would be best. It is possible for them to clear you to play with friends on same IP, though it is rare.
