improving colours of morale map

The colour of the country shines through on morale map. I guess that's intended, but it makes the functionality hardly usable. At least it's almost impossible to compare morale between different countries.

I would reduce transparency of the colour indicating the morale to 0. There's still the margin at the border in the colour of the country indicating to which country the territory belongs. Perhaps you can make it a bit broader in case it otherwise would become difficult to understand which province belongs to which country (when country colour no longer shimmering through).
